Ingredients
Puffed rice - 3 cups (available in Indian stores)
Potatoes - 2 (boiled, peeled and chopped into tiny cubes)
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 (finely chopped)
Cilantro - handful (finely chopped)
Green Chillies - 2 (finely chopped)
Tamarind chutney - to taste
Green chutney - to taste
Sev - 1 cup ( for garnish)
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Optional Ingredients
Papdi - handful ( crushed)
Peanuts - 1/4 cup (roasted)
Cucumber - 1/2 (chopped into tiny pieces)

Method
1. Mix all the ingredients except puffed rice and sev in a large bowl.
2. Add the tamarind chutney and green chutney according to taste preferences.
3. Finally add the puffed rice and mix together.
4. Garnish with sev and serve immedietely. (otherwise it will become soggy)
Variations
- Another streetfood made with puffed rice common in Karnataka is called 'Churumuri'. It is prepared by mixing puffed rice with grated carrot, roasted peanuts, grated raw mango, finely chopped onion, green chillies, cilantro and some lemon juice.
1. Mix all the ingredients except puffed rice and sev in a large bowl.
2. Add the tamarind chutney and green chutney according to taste preferences.
