Deepika Padukone is an Indian Actress, former Model, Badminton Playe, Feminist, Activist & Columnist. She was born on 5th January 1986 in Copenhagen, Denmark. She is one of the highest paid actresses globally.

1. Deepika Padukone began her modeling career while in college. During her modeling career, she has modeled for such Indian brand names as Dabur Lal powder, Liril, Limca, Close-Up toothpaste and has served as the "brand ambassador" of the Jewels of India retail jewelry show.
2. After pursuing a highly successful modeling career, Deepika branched out into acting. Deepika pursued her acting lessons from the Anupam Kher School of Acting. She was one of the most committed students there. She started by appearing in the music video for the song, Naam Hai Tera Tera from Himesh Reshamiya’s album Aap Kaa Surroor.

This film got delayed but finally released in Jan 208 and became this year's highest grosser film. She nailed it with her performance in this film.
